Organizational Development Grants support the growth of small nonprofits through strategic planning, hiring key staff and facility expansion. Brace Cove Foundation personnel contribute directly through consultation and Board participation. Development Grants are up to $50,000, distributed over 1 or 2 years and are intended for nonprofits with a budget under $1,000,000. Our four development grants since 2017 are highlighted below.
